Peru 12 OZ Coffee
Peru Region Organic SHB EP Notes: Dry fruits, chocolate, light citrus tones, almond
Small-batch single-origin beans, K-Cups, and bourbon-barrel blends β roasted with military precision by a veteran-owned roastery. Same discipline we learned in uniform, in every bag we send out.
Honey Bear Roasters is proudly owned and operated by U.S. military veterans. Same discipline, attention, and standards we learned in uniform β now applied to every roast, every bag, every order that leaves our door.
We tweak and improve our bag designs and run special-edition variants from time to time, so the wrapper that arrives at your door may look different than the one pictured on the website. The coffee inside is the same small-batch standard we hold for every roast β only the outside sometimes evolves.

Founded by U.S. military veterans, Honey Bear Roasters runs on the values we couldn't shake when we got out: attention to detail, accountability, and never sending out anything we wouldn't drink ourselves. No burnt batches, no stale beans, no anonymous supply chain.
And because we can't help ourselves, we also age a few blends in real used bourbon barrels. That part's just for fun. (But also, wow.)
Read the story βFrom 4 regions, each with its own personality. We let the beans tell the truth.
Small batch, careful attention. No industrial shortcuts, no bitter charcoal finish.
Roasted Mondays and Wednesdays. In your hands by the weekend. Every week.
Real used bourbon barrels. Real flavor. The nerdy part of the catalog.
Single-origin lots from trusted importers β Excelso EP from Colombia, Yirgacheffe from Ethiopia, Asprodegua from Huehuetenango. Real regions, real grades, real flavor.
Every roast is hand-monitored β sight, sound, smell. Nothing goes out stale or burnt.
Sealed with a freshness valve so the beans keep breathing without oxidizing.
Priority mail, arriving at peak flavor window. Brew within 30 days for the sweet spot.
It's never just about the coffee. It's about the moments coffee makes possible. The bear gets it. We built every roast to live up to those moments β to the same standard we held in uniform.
Clean, single-origin beans. Smooth crema, real flavor, no afternoon crash. The kind of cup that makes the morning feel like a head-start instead of a battle.
Small-batch, slow-roasted, hand-monitored. The cup you slow down for β the one that turns a Tuesday into a treat without a $9 cafe trip.
There's a reason the best mornings start at the kitchen counter with a hot pour and ten quiet minutes. Honey Bear is the brew you reach for when you actually have time to enjoy it.
Holidays, weekend breakfasts, the in-laws at the counter. The pot stays on. Coffee strong enough for the dad, smooth enough that nobody complains.
The Honey Bear isn't decoration β he's the promise. Calm under pressure, comfortable in his own fur, uncompromising about the cup in his paw. We chose him because he stands for what we stand for: strength, patience, and showing up.
Every batch is roasted, tasted, and packed by U.S. military veterans who don't know how to do this job halfway. Same discipline, same standards, same attention to detail β poured into every bag.

Colombia + pour-over = the reason I'm a morning person now. Worth every penny.
Bourbon barrel aged coffee SOAP?! I didn't know I needed this until I had it.
